Our Pickup will be from Dehradun, around 7 AM in the morning. From there our Journey will start and you will embark on an approximately 180 km scenic drive to reach Barsu Basecamp. Your arrival will be followed by Dinner and a detailed briefing about your trek from our Experienced and Certified Trek Leaders. Rest well and Prepare for your Trek.
After an early morning breakfast get ready to start your adventure. Embark on an approximately 5-6 km trek to Barnala Tal Campsite. Have your packed lunch on the way. You will reach the campsite in 4-5 hrs and be served evening snacks shortly followed by dinner and then rest.
This will be the big day, the Summit Day. After your breakfast, trek through the forests and open meadows to reach the Stunning High Altitude Meadows of Dayara Bugyal. Spend some time at Dayara top and soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. After that return back to Barnala Tal Campsite for the night.
After the breakfast, descend down to Barsu. And from there, head back to Dehradun and reminisce about the experience you’ve had.
The trek is accessible year-round. For snow-covered trails, visit December to March, while April to June offers lush greenery. The post-monsoon season (September-November) provides crystal-clear mountain views.
It is an easy to moderate trek, making it suitable for beginners.
The trek covers around 21 km (round trip) from Barsu.
The summit stands at 12,100 ft (3,700 m) above sea level, offering panoramic views of the Himalayas.
