Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Manali to Chikka via Jobra

Your Pickup will be from Manali, around 10 AM in the morning. From there you will embark on a short drive to reach Jobra, the Starting point of your Trek. After a short lunch break your Trekking Journey will start and you will embark on an approximately 3 km trek through the forest, with river crossings to arrive at the Chikka Campsite. Your arrival will be followed by Evening Snacks and Dinner later. You will be given a detailed briefing about your trek from our Experienced and Certified Trek Leaders. Rest well and Prepare for your Trek. Overnight Stay in Camps.

Day 2: Chikka to Balu ka Ghera Campsite

After an early morning breakfast get ready to start your adventure. Embark on an approximately 6-7 km trek to Balu ka Ghera Campsite. The Trek will take around 4-5 hours. You even encounter a Thrilling River Crossing on your way. After reaching the campsite, Evening snacks will be served followed by Dinner. Overnight Stay in Camps.

Day 3: Balu ka Ghera to Shea Goru Campsite via Hampta Pass

This will be the big day, the Summit Day. After your breakfast, embark on an approximately 8 km trek. This would be a long day as you would be trekking for almost 9-10 hours. The climb is vertical and steep which demands concentration and effort, which is all worth it at the end. Now at 14,100 ft., you are on top of Hampta Pass with breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. The descent is slightly trickier than the ascent as always. It can vary slightly depending on the snow condition too. At last reach Shea Goru Camp after the long journey as you halt for the night. Overnight Stay in Camps.

Day 4: Shea Goru to Chhatru and Drive to Chandratal and Back

After the breakfast, descend down to Chhatru Campsite. This would be your last camping day! Reach the Chhatru Campsite on time, have your hot lunch and embark on a 50 km drive to visit the stunning Chandratal Lake. Spend some time there and return back to Chhatru for the night. Day 5: Chhatru to Manali via Atal Tunnel

This day marks the bittersweet ending of your adventure. After a final Breakfast at the Chhatru Campsite, get ready to head back to Manali and conclude your Trekking Adventure.

Booking PolicyAdvance Payment:

  • A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be made before the trek starts.

Confirmation:

  • Once the payment is received, you will get a confirmation email with trek details.
  • Trek permits and other arrangements will be processed only after full payment.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 7 days before the trek start date.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation by the Trekker:

  • 30+ days before the trek: 90% refund of the total amount.
  • 15-30 days before the trek: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Less than 15 days before the trek: No refund.

Cancellation by The Dream Treks:

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), The Dream Treks reserves the right to cancel or modify the trek.
  • A full refund or an alternative trek option will be provided.

No Refunds for Unused Services:

  • No refunds will be given for any inclusion not availed by the trekker (meals, transport, stays, etc.).

Dropout During Trek:

  • If a participant chooses to leave the trek due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
  • Any additional cost due to evacuation or exit will be borne by the participant.
